This interactive 2-day workshop shows how the Kanban Method helps individuals, teams, and programs to manage and improve the delivery of products or services to customers. You will learn the core concepts and will practice the design of a Kanban system via group exercises, practical examples, and engaging classroom type teaching. You will also learn how to use Kanban to reduce work delivery times, prioritize demand based on team capacity, reduce firefighting and minimize the negative effects of unplanned work. You will also see how within months of using Kanban systems, teams worldwide pulled themselves out of common sinkholes and significantly improved cycle times, quality, trust with customers and team morale.
Kanban Management Professional (KMP II)
PRE-REQUISITE: KMP I Course
Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) teaches attendees how to manage their existing organization in a way that balances the flow of work through disparate networked teams and functions, leveraging Kanban systems to identify constraints and make bottlenecks visible. This enables organization wide improvements to flow and holistic process improvements. Managers are able to make key staffing decisions and justify changes in organizational design. This counts toward the second half of the Kanban Management Professional certification.
Method and will help them take their current Kanban implementation to the next levelKanban Management Professional is a 2-day advanced level course that will help participants build on their existing knowledge of Kanban.
If you’re fresh to Lean, this course will teach you how lean can be applied to knowledge work. Getting Started with Visualization and Limiting Work-in-progress is a highly interactive one-day entry-level course accredited by the Lean-Kanban University (LKU) that focuses on implementing Kanban at the Team Level. Participants will gain sufficient knowledge about the Kanban Method and related topics to get started by introducing Kanban in the existing process and taking that first step to making it successful.

Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations must be notified by email and refunds will be provided according to the following:
More than 10 days prior = 80% of course fee
5 to 10 days prior = 50% of course fee
Less than 5 days = no refund provided
Ariel Partners reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
